At Sunstone Recovery, we provide teletherapy for Oregon residents 18+ who are struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or dual diagnosis challenges. Our therapy programs include a combination of cofacilitated group and individual therapy sessions. Each level of care is also available through our college telehealth program. We offer two levels of care at Sunstone: intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) therapy.
Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program
If your psychological struggles are preventing you from living the life you want, Sunstone’s intensive outpatient program offers another alternative. Our intensive outpatient telehealth program is an individual and group therapy program led by an engaging and professional team of Oregon therapists. Our mental health IOP allows people to attend online therapy appointments from the comfort of their personal space. It includes:
- 2 individual therapy sessions per week
- 3 group therapy sessions per week
If your living situation is safe and recovery-friendly, Sunstone’s virtual therapy IOP can provide counseling, community, and healing. This program can be used as a continuation of inpatient care to promote lasting recovery. We offer outpatient detox therapy with a doctor’s approval and oversight.
Outpatient Therapy Program
Outpatient therapy programs are increasingly important to people who are stable overall but concerned about their mental health. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, loneliness, difficulty staying motivated, or other mental health concerns, Sunstone’s outpatient online mental health program is an adaptable online counseling option. Our therapists can structure this outpatient mental health treatment program in many ways to fit with your schedule. Your therapy schedule can include between one and three sessions per week and will include individual therapy, group therapy, or a combination of the two.
Alumni Program
Our alumni program offers an additional avenue of continued mental health support for Sunstone graduates. Staying in contact with a supportive group of people helps keep people accountable, connected, and focused on recovery. We have experienced the healing power of maintaining meaningful connections to other people in mental health recovery. Our goal is to help clients stay connected and supported as they continue their mental health journeys beyond our online therapy services. When you complete one of our virtual counseling programs, you will be able to reconnect with friends and meet new connections at one of our events throughout the year.
Telehealth & Online Detox on Your Terms
Having a mental health or substance use concern does not need to dictate the rest of your life. Our team of adaptable Oregon online therapists is available to develop an individualized treatment plan to support your recovery. If you are medically cleared and working with a doctor to complete outpatient detox, we are here to support you alongside your medical team to bring you group and individual therapy support. Sunstone will partner with your outside medical team therapeutically while you are monitored medically by your own doctors during the detox process. We understand that seeking assistance takes a tremendous amount of courage. Our online therapy team will be with you every step of the way.
Online Therapy Changes Lives
The search for mental health therapy, addiction treatment, or dual diagnosis care should include careful consideration of all available treatment options. Outpatient online therapy is one option you can consider when deciding whether to pursue therapy or online rehab. This level of care helps people learn how to manage emotions in healthy ways. Virtual outpatient mental healthcare also provides freedom to continue working, schooling, seeking employment, or managing family obligations. The therapies, education, emotion regulation, and social skill development in our outpatient mental health center will help you make lasting changes to your life outlook and hope for the future.
